On-site project management
Site analysis, design coordination, and full permit package submitted to the city.
Grading, excavation, and poured concrete foundation inspected and approved.
Complete structural framing, roof system, windows, and exterior waterproofing.
All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems roughed in and inspected.
Insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and all interior finishes installed.
Certificate of occupancy obtained. Final walkthrough and client sign-off.
