Complete 1980s Home Renovation
A stud-up reimagining of a tired 1980s house — new engineered wood floors throughout, enlarged kitchen, all bathrooms including the master, brand new roof, and fresh drywall across the entire home.
Lola McCarty hired RAA to breathe new life into her dated 1980s home. The scope was comprehensive: remove all existing drywall, install new insulation and code-compliant electrical, lay brand new engineered hardwood throughout, fully enlarge and remodel the kitchen, renovate every bathroom including the master suite, and replace the roof entirely. The transformation took six months and resulted in a home that feels fully modern while retaining its original character. Total budget: $169,000.
