Modern Luxury Home Build

Woodland Hills, CACompleted 2019$105,000

Full open-concept rebuild — demolition of existing back porch, kitchen, dining, and bedroom — redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up into one continuous flowing space, including a reimagined laundry area.

The Smith family found RAA after a thorough search across multiple online directories. Their project was ambitious: tear out the entire rear portion of the home — back porch, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom — and rebuild it as one unified open-concept space. The result is a seamless floor plan where the new kitchen flows into the dining area and connects to a redesigned back living space. The laundry area was also fully reimagined. Despite being RAA's highest quote among 4 bids, the family chose us based on portfolio quality and reviews — and the finished work vindicated that decision.

RAA construction Group is a professional company, ethical, honest and they handled our remodeling like it was their only project. What we did was demolish the entire back porch, kitchen, dining room and bedroom — and redesign them from the ground up including the laundry room. The new kitchen with the dining room is now one big open space from the rest of the house and people can't notice that it's an addition.
