The Maloney family hired RAA for an ambitious whole-home renovation that extended all the way to the backyard. The outdoor scope alone included a full pool deck resurface, a new travertine pool coping, a built-in jacuzzi surround, an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and beverage fridge, integrated low-voltage landscape lighting, and a custom pergola shade structure. The interior renovation complemented the outdoor spaces with a fully reworked open floor plan connecting the kitchen and family room to the new backyard entertaining area.
